Defending Human Rights and Promoting Transnational Solidarity
As technology companies are transnational, our resistance to tech harms must be too. Tech Justice Law supports litigation that advances human rights principles in global tech accountability efforts, recognizing that AI products and digital platforms often facilitate surveillance, repression, and state violence worldwide. By engaging shared human rights frameworks within global advocacy networks, TJL works to build strategies responsive to technology companies’ worldwide reach.
